We accept returns for online credit within 12 calendar days from the date you placed your order. The online credit should match the new purchase price, remaining balance credit is not carried over. If the new purchase price is higher than the online credit only the balance is owed.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
Please note: When combining multiple orders as one return, the cost of the return label will be determined by the item with the oldest ship date.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE?
We ship via USPS which providing secure and easy track able methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
